The production of wines covered by the Appellation of Origin Tarragona will be made exclusively with the following varieties of Vitis Vinifera:

 Originally from Bordeaux.The plant withstands well the cold and is of early budding. The bunches are cylindrical, medium sized. The berries are also medium sized, round and gold yellow colour. The wines are elegant, dry, acidic, with high alcoholic content; with herbal aromas, fresh and flowery. They can be drunk young or aged in wood. |
