The production of wines covered by the Appellation of Origin Tarragona will be made exclusively with the following varieties of Vitis Vinifera:

 It is a productive plant and resistant to diseases. The grapes are not large but compact. The berries are medium sized, round and with a greenish colour. It can be vinified alone or with macabeo, parellada or moscatel to elaborate mistelles. The wines are alcoholic, fresh, with body and elegant with a greenish colour. On the nose they have floral and fruity aromas (ripe fruit). Wines fermented in casks are starting to be made with this variety. |
